Product Information

Affinity purified rabbit anti-mouse IgG (H+L) specific antibody is conjugated with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on mouse IgG and with light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins. It has minimum cross-reaction to human serum proteins.

Western Blot: Dilution 1: 5000- 1: 10,000.
IHC(P): Dilution 1: 250- 1: 500
IHC(F): Dilution 1: 500- 1: 1,000
